The coming into effect of Law No. 196/03 on the protection of persons and entities with regard to the processing of personal data obliges us, as “holder” (“titolare”) of the processing, to inform about the use of personal data.
 
The personal data in our possession is collected directly from the user.
 
The personal data are processed within the scope of our usual activities.
 
The processing of personal data is carried out in relation to the aforementioned purposes manually and/or through IT or telematics means using procedures closely related to the same purposes and, in any case, guaranteeing the security and protection of the data.
The trust of our visitors is very important to us, which is why we handle personal data so carefully and securely. The employees who are entrusted with the processing of personal data become aware of them in the process.
We point out that Art. 7 of the law grants citizens special rights.
