Privacy Policy in Accordance with Statute Decree 196/03
The coming into effect of Law No. 196/03 on the protection of persons and entities with regard to the processing of personal data obliges us, as “holder” (“titolare”) of the processing, to inform about the use of personal data.
The personal data in our possession is collected directly from the user.
The personal data are processed within the scope of our usual activities.
The processing of personal data is carried out in relation to the aforementioned purposes manually and/or through IT or telematics means using procedures closely related to the same purposes and, in any case, guaranteeing the security and protection of the data.
The trust of our visitors is very important to us, which is why we handle personal data so carefully and securely. The employees who are entrusted with the processing of personal data become aware of them in the process.
We point out that Art. 7 of the law grants citizens special rights. The data subject may request the holder (“titolare”) to confirm the existence of personal data concerning them and that such data be made available to them in an intelligible manner. The interested party may also request to be informed of the origin of the data and of the logic and purposes of the processing, to have the data erased, converted into an anonymous form or blocked if they have been processed in violation of the law, to have the data updated, corrected or, if there are legitimate reasons, to have them completed and to have their processing stopped.
We would also like to point out that our website uses the free web statistics service Google Analytics from the American company Google Inc. Google Analytics analyzes the use of the websites and stores information such as the visitor’s IP address, the type of browser they use, access times and pages viewed. This data is not used for any personal evaluation, but is only used to create anonymous visitor statistics of the websites and to check the correct functioning of the websites. Furthermore, the websites of AULUMA use plug-ins of the social network Facebook (www.facebook.com). When opening such a page, the user’s browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Facebook’s servers. If the user is registered and logged in to Facebook, Facebook may associate the visit to the corresponding Facebook user account. When the user clicks the “Like” button, the corresponding information is transmitted from the user’s browser directly to Facebook and stored there.
